Hartley grew up in Sydney and has been living on the Mid North Coast for the last 5 years. He has been holidaying in the Pacific Palms region since he was a teenager.

Hartley is married to Natalie and has 3 children, Sienna, Jesse and Cleo. Hartley loves the outdoors, and his passions include surfing, fishing and golf.

Hartley delights in seeing people enjoy Gods creation at Camp Elim.

Claire has lived in Forster for 21 years. She has 3 children and adores her dog, Beau. Claire loves a good chat, particularly around a campfire.She enjoys spending time with her family visiting local cafes and markets.Claire does lots of work in the background to ensure your booking run smoothly.​

Rodney has been in the local area for the last 15 years. He is our longest standing employee, working at Elim for 13 years.

Rodney loves riding his motorbike, playing with engines, and the outdoors. Rodney has a background in outdoor maintenance and delivery driving.

Alison moved to Forster from Canberra 10 years ago and started working at Camp Elim in 2018.

Alison is excited to serve as cook here at Elim, and works hard to ensure you have a good feed on your next catered group.

When Alison isn’t spending time with her children she loves crafting.

Jason served at Cru (The Crusader Union of Australia) for 12 months where he found a love for outdoor recreation and sharing Jesus with people.

Jason loves the outdoors particularly archery and enjoys being on the water. He is often found leading groups of children in their outdoor activities

He also provides much needed help in the kitchen, office and around the site.

Johnny grew up in Indonesia before moving to Australia in 2019.

Johnny covers many roles at Camp Elim including maintenance and helping in the kitchen as well as assisting with our activities.

When he is not at Elim, Johnny loves to be in the outdoors surfing, spearfishing or golfing.

Tomas has lived in and around Forster for the past 18 years, and started working at Camp Elim in early 2024.

Tomas is often found running activities or helping with maintenance of the property.

Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his friends and family and gymnastics.

Raph lived in Melbourne for most of his life, and has recently moved to Forster in 2024.

Raph helps around the office, and activities.

Raph enjoys spending time with his growing family, as well as exploring the outdoors. He also loves sharing the Word of God, and The Lord Jesus with others.
